Signature Line
यदि हम MS Word के किसी docment पर digital sign करना चाहते हैं तो उसके लिए MS Word में Signature Line को use करते हैं
Signature दो तरह के होते हैं
(1) Digital signature
(2) Picture signature (hand written)

Insert tab > Signature line >Microsoft Office signature line

यदि आपका Signature Line Add नहीं होता है तो एक Process Use करना है
Open C Drive < Programe file <Microsoft Office <Root<office 16 (जो भी हो) <Self Cert.ExE (double click) > Than open file <Signature line (double click)
[Note- इसमें यदि आपकी File Save नहीं है तो Save Window Open होगीआपको पहले File Save करनी है ]
अपना Signature Add करना है >Than ok
2) Hand Written (Picture Signature)
आपका कोई Sign Scan करके आप के Computer में यदि Save है तो उसे हम Signature में Image के रूप में ले सकते हैं

If you want to digitally sign a document in MS Word, you can use the Signature Line feature.
There are two types of signatures:
Digital Signature
Picture Signature (handwritten)
Go to Insert tab → Signature Line → Microsoft Office Signature Line
Suggested Signer: (e.g., Dr. AK Jain)
Suggested Signer’s Title: (e.g., Manager)
Suggested Signer’s Email Address:
(e.g., [email protected])
Click OK to insert the signature line.
You may need to run a setup process:
Steps:
Open C: Drive
Navigate to:Program Files → Microsoft Office → Root → Office16 (or your installed version)
Find and double-click SelfCert.exe
Then go back and open your Word file again
Insert the Signature Line as before
Note: If your file is not saved, a Save Window will appear first. Save the file before proceeding.
If you have a scanned copy of your handwritten signature saved on your computer,
you can insert it as an image.
Go to Insert → Pictures
Select your saved signature image from your computer
Resize and place it where needed in the document
