Breaks दो प्रकार के होते हैं

(1) Page Break

(2) Section Break

(1) Page Break :- Page Break से हम  हमारे  Word document के किसी दो Pages के बीच

Break लगाकर उन्हें अलग- अलग कर सकते हैं

(i) Page :- इस option से जिस Paragraph को हम Next  Page पर ले जाना चाहते हैं वहाँ

अपना Cursor रखें और Page पर Click करें l

(ii) Column :- इस Option से यदि कोई Paragraph  Column में  devide है तों  column को

भी Next पर  Shift किया जाता है

(iii) Text wrapping :- इस option से  image और  text को arrange किया जाता है लेकिन 

text wrapping से  text को  image के नीचे  Set किया जाता है

(2)  Section Break :-  यदि हम बड़े document  के अलग -अलग हिस्सों में अलग- अलग तरह

की  Formatting करना चाहते हैं तो Section  Break लगाते हैं ये तब उपयोगी होता है जब हम

अलग- अलग  Header, Footer व  Watermark Use करते हैं

(i) Next Page :- अपने  किसी Paragraph को  Next Page पर ले जाना l 

(ii) Continuous :- किसी एक  Particular Paragraph पर  Column set करना हो तो वहाँ पर 

Section Break मैं  continous वाला option use करेंगे l

(iii) Even Page :- Even Page के data को अगले Even Page पर  set करना l

(iv) Odd Page :- Odd Page के  data  को अगले  Odd Page पर set करना l

1) Page Break

Page Break is used to separate content between pages in a Word document.

• (i) Page:
  → Place the cursor where you want to move a paragraph to the next page, then click Page.
  → That paragraph will start from a new page.

• (ii) Column:
  → If a paragraph is inside columns, this option moves it to the next column.

• (iii) Text Wrapping:
  → Used to arrange text around an image.
  → With this option, text can be placed below or around the image.

2) Section Break

Section Break is used when you want to apply different formatting to different parts of a large document.
It’s useful when using different headers, footers, or watermarks in various sections.

• (i) Next Page:
  → Moves the selected paragraph to the next page and starts a new section there.

• (ii) Continuous:
  → Used when you want to apply a section break without moving to a new page, such as applying columns to a specific paragraph on the same page.

• (iii) Even Page:
  → Starts the next section on the next even-numbered page.

• (iv) Odd Page:
  → Starts the next section on the next odd-numbered page.
