Excel में एक साथ Multiple Cells में Same Data भरना

Excel में यदि आपको एक ही Data को कई Cells में एक साथ भरना है, तो बार-बार Copy-Paste करने की जरूरत नहीं है। इसके लिए एक बहुत आसान shortcut है।

मान लीजिए आपको कई students के Status में Present लिखना है।

Step-by-Step

1. जिन Cells में एक जैसा Data भरना है, उन्हें Select करें।
2. Keyboard से Present type करें।
3. Enter दबाने के बजाय Ctrl + Enter दबाएँ।
4. अब सभी selected Cells में एक साथ Present भर जाएगा। ✅

अगर आपने B2:B6 select किया और लिखा:

फिर Ctrl + Enter दबाया:
