Managing stock items manually in Tally can take a lot of time. To make data entry faster and more accurate, TallyPrime provides an option to import Excel files directly into Tally. In this tutorial by Anil Computers, you will learn how to import Stock Item data from Excel to Tally step by step in Hindi and English.

Excel से Data Tally में कैसे Import करें?

अगर आप TallyPrime में Stock Item, Ledger, या अन्य Master Data जल्दी से बनाना चाहते हैं, तो Excel Import फीचर आपके लिए बहुत उपयोगी है। इससे समय की बचत होती है और गलतियाँ कम होती हैं।

Step 1: Export Sample Excel File

सबसे पहले Tally से Sample Excel File Export करनी होती है।

Follow the Steps:

Alt + O ( Import ) > Manage  > Sample Excel File > Master > Configuration

इसके बाद:

• Export Sample File For → Stock Item

• Folder Path → D Drive

• File Name → Stock Item

अब:

Ctrl + A (Save) > Export

Export करने के बाद Excel File खुल जाएगी जिसमें 2 Sheets होंगी:

1. Stock Item

2. Stock Item Read Me

? आपको Stock Item वाली Sheet में Data भरना है।

Data भरने के बाद:

Ctrl+S (Save) & Close

Step 2: Import Excel File into Tally

अब Tally में वापस आएं और Excel File Import करें।

Steps:

Import → Masters

अब सेटिंग करें:

• File Format → Excel

• File Path → D Drive

• File to Import → File Name

• Type of Master → Stock Item

• Behaviour of Import → Ignore Duplicates

अब:

Enter → Stock Count → Import

Import Successfully होने के बाद आपका Stock Data Tally में आ जाएगा।

Step 3: Check Imported Stock Items

Import किए गए Stock Items देखने के लिए:

Alter → Stock Item

यहाँ आप सभी Imported Items देख सकते हैं।
