Scenario and review journals एक महत्वपूर्ण लेखांकन प्रक्रिया हैं जो किसी विशेष दृष्टिकोण या स्थिति के लिए विभिन्न लेखांकन प्रणालियों की समीक्षा और पुनर्मूल्यांकन करती हैं। इन पत्रिकाओं का उपयोग व्यवसायी संदर्भों में विशेष प्रकार के गतिविधियों या स्थितियों की विवरणी के लिए किया जाता है।

Three Types

1 Memorandum

याददाश्त के लिए Entry.

2. Optional Entry

किसी भी प्रकार की Entry को Ctrl+L करके Optional बनाया जा सकता है।

3. Reversing Journals

यह Optional Voucher की तरह होती है, But इसका Effect Particular Date तक लिया जा सकता है।

इन तीनों प्रकार भी की Entries Final Reports पर कोई Effect नहीं दिखेगा ।

Ledger Creation

GOT> Create> Ledger

1. Purchase A/c

Under : Purchase A/c

2. Sales A/c

Under : Sales A/c

3. Mr. SC A/c

Under : Sundry Creditors A/c

4. Mr. SD A/c

Under : Sundry Debtors A/c

Step 3

Stock Item Creation

GOT > Create > Stock Item

1. I Phone

 Units : Pcs.

^A (Quick Save)

Step 4

Voucher Entry

GOT> Voucher

1. F9 - Purchase

Party's A/c Name : SC A/c

Name of Item : I Phone

Quantity : 100 Pcs.

Rate : 50,000

Amount : 50,00,000

2. F8 - Sales         

Party's A/c Name : SD A/c

Name of Item : I Phone

Quantity : 50 Pcs.

Rate : 60,000

Amount : 30,00,000

Press : Ctrl + L (Optional)

^A (Save)

GOT> Create >Show More> Scenario

Name : Show Profit

Include

Sales

Reversing Journal

^A(Save)

Cheak Profit & loss Report : "अभी यहाँ कोई भी लाभ Profit दिखाई नहीं देगा, क्योंकि बिक्री Sales Entry को वैकल्पिक (Optional) बना दिया गया है।"

अब Scenario (परिदृश्य) के माध्यम से लाभ (Profit) देखना है।

Step 6

Profit & Loss Report

GOT> Profit & Loss A/c

Net Profit Show :

Press: Alt+C (New Column)

From : 1 April

Type of vlaue to show : Show Profit

Show variance : Yes

अब Profit & Loss Scenario  में show होंगे -

Nett Profit 5,00,000/- 

Step 7

GOT > Day Book > Sales Entry open

Press : Ctrl + L (Regular)

^A (save)

## Reversing Journal

इसका Use हम किसी भी Voucher Entry का Effect किसी Particular date तक ही करने के लिए करते हैं।

Step 8

## GOT > Display > Day Boook > Sales Entry > enter

[Journal Voucher Entry को Open करके]

F10 : show Inactive पर जाकर  Reversing Journal को active करें।

वह Entry Reversing Journal Entry में Convert हो जाएगी।

Applicable upto  : 31 May

यह entry 31 May  तक ही रहेगी और वो भी optional entry के रूप में।

Step 9

Profit & Loss A/c

GOT > Profit & Loss A/c

Alt + C (New Column)

From : 1 April

To : 31 May

Type of Value to Show : Show Profit

Show Variances : Yes

[ It will Display Variance ]

Step 10

GOT > Profit & Loss A/c

Alt + C (New Column)

From : 1 April

To : 1 Jun

Type of Value to Show : Show Profit

Show Variances : Yes

Note : It will not display variance, Because Reversing Journal entry date was 31 May.
